When is my final payment due for my event?
All event final balances are due 2 days before your event. We will email you an invoice for payment by credit/debit card for the balance. For all shipped orders, full payment will be required prior to shipping. There are no refunds on shipped items, but we will work with you to fix any discrepancies in the order.**
When is my final guest count due?
Your guest count is typically due two days prior to your event. We cannot accommodate additional guests on site since the inventory we bring is tailored to your guest count. We may require the final count earlier depending on the details of your party and the package that you choose. Contact us for further details.
