Please allow up to 1 week for a response. We do not book parties over the phone, and email is the best way to reach us.
Is there a minimum number of critters that I need to purchase?
We request a minimum purchase of 10 Critters for any party or event. If that minimum can't be met, there will be a $100 set up fee charged at the time of event. This fee is non-refundable.
*Exception to minimum number: If you choose to have your Critters and hand stuffing shipped to your event, regardless of location, the minimum purchase fee will be waived and only shipping fees will apply. There are no refunds on shipped items, but we will work with you to fix any discrepancies in the order.*
