What's included in my party?

Detroit Critter Build provides our own staff to your event when we bring our machine on site. The host must provide a power outlet for our stuffing machine, so please keep that in mind when booking us for your event.  For our Builds, we usually need about 15-20 minutes to set up, and then guests may start participating.  Typical time frame for a Build is about 1-2 hours depending on your package.  

When booking your party, we ask for the time frame for your event, so that we can plan our arrival, set-up, and preparation for your guests. Please note that once we set-up and start the Build, guests that are participating must be on-site.  We will not stay past our allotted time frame to accommodate late guests.  If your participating guests have not arrived by the time we get to the last guest, the host will be asked to choose the Critter and accompanying accessories for the late guest(s). 

We also offer hand-stuffing options for any package. If you choose the hand stuffing option, we will drop off the hand stuffing to your party, along with the other items for your Build. We will also provide you with a link to view our instructional video on how to hand-stuff your Critter. We do not remain on site for the hand stuffing option. 

Whatever party package you choose, each guest will get their very own Critter, a wishing star or heart, birth certificate, and carry home box or bag. 

Additional requirements for parties AND LIABILITY INFORMATION

Please note that the event host must provide a power source for our portable stuffing machine.  Depending on the size of your event, we may request additional tables or chairs to allow for proper set-up of our inventory. 

Due to the nature of our business, we attempt to clean up stuffing or any residual trash at all events.  IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO THE HOST OR GUESTS FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) TO YOUR PROPERTY OR PREMISES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
